we use durable 19mm base flooring with a high-grade timber looking vinyl overlay. Both insect and water resistant. Tiles and Carpet upgrades are optional.
Galvanized Steel Frame
our frames are made from 100% Australian *Truecore Blue Scope Steel. They are not timber so they are lightweight and will be impervious to termites and other wear and tear that degrades timber structures.
Extra-large Aluminum windows
we use sliding glass aluminum windows, color coded to match our modern, sleek design. Giving you a light, bright home but still providing security.
External Cladding Sheets
220mm Thermal Insulated PVC Vinyl cladding that will last for decades and provide insulation.
Color Coded Access door
either a single entry or a double slider depending on the layout.
Interior Lining
we include the modern look vertical 90mm VJ paneling to the interior walls, primed and painted.
Australian Standard Compliant Wiring
we have standard light switches and television/internet points to the standard areas, but we can also custom wire extra points should you require them, installed, and signed off by a licensed A Grade Electrician.
